Stress and Anxiety

There is not a single being on this planet that was not affected by the natural and political events which have taken place in our world. Change is shaking the earth with the shifting of the poles, affecting ocean currents and climatic changes, earth quacks and tsunamis.
Solar Cycle 24 has begun. NASA predicts it to be 50% stronger than it’s predecessor Cycle 23, by 50%, reaching it apex (maximum) in late 2011 and into 2012. The sun’s solar activity affects the earth’s magnetic field, affecting earthquakes, floods, volcanoes, hurricanes; as well, the wave of electrical currents affects the human body’s magnetic field.  A new development from medical research known as Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) provides evidence of how magnetic fields can influence human emotions in a negative and disturbing way. Being aware of events and possibilities increases a person’s vulnerability to stress, fear, and anxiety.
The question becomes ‘What can I do to safeguard my well being and the well being of my family’? The important thing is to reduce your stress load as it directly impacts the immune system. You can do this through various means such as meditation, spending time in nature, energy medicine with biofeedback to de-stress the system, reiki to improve the flow of energy within the body, detoxifying the system with the ionic foot bath or infrared saunas, going for regular walks and exercise, drinking adequate clean water, eating nutrient rich, unprocessed foods and proper supplementation.

Ultimately, how well your body copes with the stressors it must undergo, whether physical or emotional, is largely determined by one’s elimination systems, the ability to process things emotionally, and one’s mental attitude.
